We will be having 2 more dances this year,11/15/08 and New Years Eve after that The Board of Officers will be hesitant to schedule anymore due to lack of participation,these bands are very expensive and we can't just make it on alcohol sales we need to have a cover charge,so I guess the Membership has 2 more chances to redeem itself before we have to pull the plug on Dances for a while,if you have any comments on this matter please come to the Town Hall Meeting on 11/08/08 at 7pm and give us some suggestions,We appreciate any input you can give us,Thanks and We hope to see you there,Ernie

Hello All,this does'nt pertain to most but here it goes.It is pretty sad we built a smoking pavilion with numerous ashtrays,butt cans and even trash cans and we find cigarette butts on the ground and beer bottles and trash all over the smoking area,WE ARE NOT YOUR PARENTS and we do not need more children to clean up after so do the right thing and throw your trash away and put your cigarettes in the proper receptacles,Thanks and lets keep our lodge clean,Ernie

Time is upon us and Saturday is the Big Day,We will be having our poker run sign ups at 10:30am and bikes out by 11:30am,all are welcomed to come,cars,trucks,bikes ,trikes whatever.Our stops will be Apehangers,Scott's 2,Lone Star Cafe,Hunnt's Tavern and back to the Waldorf Moose where there will be a Pig Roast,Fried Chicken and a bunch of side dishes so come on out for a good cause and good friends and good food.we will also have a bake auction,silent auction and raffles through the day.The Donation will be $25 per hand and food and $15 just for the food and entertainment by dj Betty Boop.

Hello All,At our last meeting the Board of Officers have decided to stop mailing newsletters out due to the high cost and intense labor it requires.The letters will still be printed and kept at the lodge for you to pick up or if anybody wants we can email them to you and maybe we will see some faces in the lodge we have'nt seen in a long time,hopefully,we are not doing this to make anyone mad but hopefully get some activity in the lodge from our members.This will not take place till after the first of the year so if you have any problems please bring them to the next meeting so we can hear your voice,Thanks for your cooperation,Ernie Sowell
